Cohort Overview
As a healthcare professional it is crucial the people YOU choose to be involved in a case are always included, without any additional action on your part.
Enter cohort.
The cohort function of Udo Care allows you, the provider, to intentionally choose which staff on your team need to be added every time you part of a case.
Once you’ve chosen your cohort they will be added to each case whenever you are asked to collaborate on a case.
If your staff changes you can update your cohort ensuring at any time.
How do I create a cohort?
To create a cohort:
- Navigate to the main hub and tap your profile picture at the top right of the screen.
- Tap Manage Cohort.
Note: Cohorts can only be created by providers. If you are not a provider, you will not have the option to create a cohort.
- To create your cohort for the first time, tap Create Cohort.
- To add users to your cohort, tap Add to Cohort at the bottom right of the screen.
- If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between orgs by tapping on the arrow at the top right.
- Note: Only individuals from your organization can be added to your cohort. Additionally, you can create one cohort per organization.
- Tap the names of individuals you would like to add to your cohort. (You can also use the Search bar to find a specific person). Selected individuals will appear at the top of the list of people.
- If you wish to remove anyone that you’ve added by mistake, tap on the x next to their name.
- When you have finished adding people to your cohort, tap Save at the top right to save your changes.
How do I remove someone from my cohort?
To remove someone from your cohort:
- Navigate to your cohort.
- Slide the name card of the individual you wish to remove to the left.
- Tap Delete.
- On the next screen, confirm the deletion by tapping Remove.
How do I add someone to my cohort?
To add someone from your cohort:
- Navigate to your cohort.
- Tap Add to Cohort at the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap the names of individuals you would like to add to your cohort.
- Tap Save at the top right.
How does someone else add my cohort to a case they create?
When you are added as a collaborator to a case, your cohort will automatically be added right along with you. No additional work is needed from you or the person inviting you to collaborate.
