Main Hub Views

Main Hub Views Overview

In the main hub you can choose from the following views when looking at your cases:

• Urgent
• Recent
• Chronological

Urgent (!!)

The Urgent view allows you, the provider, to identify the messages and updates that require your attention. Cases with !! are cases with recent updates from other providers. Cases with ! have a recent update from a patient. All other cases have updates from your staff or from the patient’s family or friends.

Cases will be removed from this list when you or someone from your cohort creates a capture in that case.

Recent

The Recent view allows you to see your cases in order of which case has the most recent activity regardless of whom created that the capture.

Chronological

The Chronological View allows you to see all cases in the order they were created, with the most recently created case at the top.

How do I change my view?

• Navigate to the Main Hub. Your view will automatically default to the Urgent view.
• To change your view, tap on the two-arrow icon at the top right of your screen (below your profile picture). With each tap of the two-arrow icon, you will cycle between the 3 views for the main hub.
