How do I record a video?

This article explains different ways you can record videos within the Smile Virtual by Udo platform.

There are multiple ways to record a video. The most common are

• Video Library

• Patient Profile

Video Library

1. From the dashboard, click Video Library.
2. On the upper right side of the screen, click Record Video.
3. Click Press REC when ready.
4. Give your video a title and optional description.
5. Decide if you want to use the Default video thumbnail or Upload a Custom Image.
6. When you're ready to upload your video, click Submit.

Patient Profile

1. From the dashboard, click Patients.
2. Find the patient you want to send the video to, and click on the patient's name.
3. Click Quick Video > Record a Personalized Video.
4. Click Record.
5. When you've finished recording, add a title, a brief description, and click Share.
