Queue Overview
The Queue contains captures you have taken that haven’t been attached to a case. They can be taken from the Hub (Udo Care’s home screen) or from the Udo Library page. Captures in the Queue will then appear at the top of Library in the folder labeled “Queue.”
When you’re ready, captures in the queue can be attached to a case, moved to a policy and procedure group, or deleted. You can also edit the name and notes.
Move Captures in the Queue to a Policy and Procedure
To move a capture in the queue to a policy and procedure:
- Navigate to the Library.
- Tap Queue.
- Tap the three dots within the capture you wish to move.
- Select Move to Policies & Procedures.
- From the list that appears, tap on the Policy and Procedure that you want to move the capture to.
- Tap Move Capture at the bottom right.
Edit Details for a Capture in the Queue
When you initially created your capture for the queue, you gave it a name and possibly included a few notes about the item. To edit the name or the notes:
- Navigate to the Library.
- Tap Queue.
- Tap the three dots within the capture you wish to edit.
- Tap Edit Capture Details.
- Edit the name or notes of the capture.
- Tap Save at the top right of your screen.
Delete a Capture in the Queue
If you want to delete a capture in the queue from your list:
- Navigate to the Library.
- Tap Queue.
- Tap the three dots within the capture you wish to delete.
- Select Delete Capture.
- Tap Delete.
Attach a Capture from the Queue to a Case
To attach a capture from the queue to a case:
- Navigate to a case.
- Tap the paper clip to the right of the patient’s name.
- Tap Queue.
- Select the capture from the Queue you wish to attach to the case.
- Tap Attach at the bottom right of the screen.
