How do I invite someone to use Udo?
This article explains how to extend an Udo invitation to someone who is not currently using the Udo Care app.
There are three different ways you can invite a new user to Udo:
- Using the invite button.
- While creating a new case.
- Within an existing case.
Invite a new user using the Invite button
- Tap Invite in the bottom navigation bar.
- Enter the person's First Name, Last Name, and Mobile Phone #.
- Select if the person is being invited as a Provider or a Patient. Note: Patients, family members, and loved ones all fall under the Patient category.
- Tap Send invite.
Invite a new user while creating a new case
- Tap New Case.
- Use the Look up bar to see if the person is already an Udo user.
- Tap Invite patient if you can't find their name.
- Input the patient's First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone #, and then select Female (XX) or Male (XY).
- Tap Send invite.
- Continue creating the case.
- On the Add collaborators screen, select desired collaborators.
- If the Provider or Family Member/Friend that you want to add to the case aren't Udo users, tap Invite Collaborator.
- Input the person's First Name, Last Name, and Mobile Phone #.
- Select if the person is being invited as a Provider or a Patient.
- Tap Send invite.
- Review and create the case.
Invite a new user within an existing case
- Tap Case Info in the bottom navigation bar.
- Next to the Collaborators section, tap +Add.
- Using the separate tabs, Udo Providers/Family & Friends, tap Invite Collaborator.
- Input the person's First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone #, and verify if they are a Provider or Family & Friends.
- Tap Send invite.
